Large double beds, (most of which can be twinned), and sumptuously upholstered seating with plump cushions.

Refreshments

Complimentary facilities to make hot drinks, bottled water, and biscuits – all replenished daily.

Views

Each of these bedrooms faces out over either the wooded grounds or out over the fields towards the fells.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public spaces.

TVs

All rooms have TVs, and some have smart TVs - you will need your account passwords to enable your required viewing.

Air conditioning

These rooms do not have air conditioning.

Deluxe Rooms

Room 8

Benefiting from a separate sitting room. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. It can be twinned, having a sofa bed, and the space to add a Z-Bed or cot.

Room 10

Eclectically furnished, plus a luxurious bathroom with TV, walk-in shower and dual sinks. It can be reconfigured as a twin, with a sofa bed plus room for a Z-Bed or cot.

Room 16

A large corner room looking out over the front field. Comfortably furnished, the sofa becomes an extra bed, and there is room for a cot; plus a luxurious bathroom.

Room 30

A relaxing second-floor room with a gorgeous bathroom. It can be twinned, has a sofa bed, plus room for a cot or Z-Bed. Interconnecting with R31.

Room 33

Warmly welcoming with some beautiful antique pieces, and an indulgent bathroom with no comfort spared. This room can be transformed with twin beds, a Z-Bed and cot.

  1. Are the Deluxe rooms family friendly?

    All are, in various combinations with either sofa beds, Z-Bed and/or a cot. Please call us to check which is more suitable depending on the ages of your children.

  2. Can these rooms be available with twin beds?

    R8, R10, R30 and R33 can be provided with twin beds.

  3. What floors are these rooms on?

    Rooms 8 and 10, are on the first floor, Rooms 30 and 33 are on the second floor.

  4. Is there a lift at Storrs Hall?

    Due to the Grade II* Listing of Storrs Hall we cannot install a lift, however we are happy to help you with your luggage.

  5. Do you provide room service?

    Yes we do, with a charge of £5 per tray. The Lounge Menu is available from 12.30 – 6pm, then The Bistro Menu from 6pm – 8.45pm.

  6. Are pets allowed?

    Regretfully pets are not allowed at Storrs, we do accept registered Guide Dogs.
